Lovely and absolutely fantastic breakfast, offered fruit and eggs. The personnel was attentive and excellent. The location was great in a lovely area, so close to pubs and shops, beautiful grounds and secluded surrounding area and Windermere.

Brilliant base for a long weekend, felt like home. Everything was great, including gorgeous breakfasts with granola and honey and homemade jams. The location was marvellous and pleasant, to rate local eateries, it's a plus.

The room is exceptionally nice and beautiful with its 4 poster bed. The location is super and right by Enerdale lake and many other attractions of the west lakes as well as the local pub for tea.

The food was good with a good choice of options. The location was perfect for traveling around Whitehaven, so close to the real Lake District, beautiful grounds and secluded surrounding area and the home made jams.
